Super classy casual space with terrific food and real German beer.The head brewers have been allowed a bit more latitude now and you can get a good IPA too. These guys can brew, have no doubt. Nice patio and music on some days which has never been to loud.Highly recommend.

Love the food here! Best garlic fries in town! The Gastro Pub burger is my favorite burger of all time! Courtney did an amazing job with service at the bar!

We were thinking of going to the cheesecake factory bit the line was out the door so we decided to try this place. The steak was perfect. My mashed potatoes were cold- gross.. Restroom is beautiful and clean. Over all great service for it being 630pm on a Saturday and it was PACKED.

Went there before and got a very good military discount for very good food. Went back and got no discount and food was very bland

Gastropub burger. My goodness, treat yourself to the wagu beef. The garlic fries are to die for. 10/10!

Each time we go to Gordon Biersch we have a great meal great atmosphere and terrific time. The beer isn’t the only item we go for. We would love to have our wedding rehearsal dinner at Gordon Biersch next year... that’s how good they are

0 stars. Have been here over 10 times and always liked it. This time was horrible. The menu looked a bit different. We had 2 ribeyes, fish and pasta. Everything was extremely salty and steaks overcooked. We even specified to go light on the salt. On a positive note: the server was great!

Great food, great beer selection made in house by their brewmaster. I highly recommend the gastro burger, it's amazing!

Great ales, big room. Service could be better but maybe because I am impatient for my next blonde ale! Chicken wings very good.

Menu is basic. You can find what they offer at any other sit down restaurant, nothing special. Haven't tried the beer but my friend told me it is good. Ordered a 21 Oz and got it in a 0.5L cup which is 17 Oz yet got charged for a 21 Oz. Don't go there to get robbed

Just went in there at about 9pm, (I realize they close at 10, was just wife & I) pregnant blondish girl walks up to hostess, eyes rolling so hard bc she is visibly annoyed that we want to get a table. Hostess seemed fine and more taken back by waitress dropping f-bombs while still rolling her eyes. We said nahhhh nevermind, will spend our money elsewhere. We both have worked in restaurants for years...f all that noise, that miserable lady needs to hang it up and find something else to do. Turrible.

I thought the waitress was friendly but the service was rather slow for how many people were in the restaurant. I waited what seemed to be awhile for our appetizer and entrees. The food was relatively good tasting. Nothing to go crazy over. The portions are very small for the price. $12.99 for three small tacos. $10 for the appetizer and I left feeling hungry. Total was Over $30 with the drink and tip and to leave hungry is disappointing.

Overpriced for what you get. The food I've had is mediocre. The dishes aren't BAD, but are not worth the upscale price in my opinion. Beware of the misleading happy hour which does not include all the house beers even though it says it does. I guess you just have to ask about every individual beer since some servers will tell you and others will not...and if it's not on special it's more than double the price. About the only bright side is that most of the beers are fairly good, depending on your taste. Overall, there are better food and drink options in the Galleria mall area.

Food was great, service a little slow but our waiter was excellent - he recommended a delicious IPA.

We called ahead, and waited less than ten minutes. Service was adequate for how busy they were (7 pm on a Friday). Overall pleased with our dinning experience.My dinner was the Char-Grilled USDA Choice Top Sirloin(7 Oz.) w/ Gorgonzola garlic sauce.My sides were Apple Cider Slaw and Roasted Garlic Mashed PotatoesSteak was med rare and we very tender and delicious! Highly recommend if you like steak. My fiancée got the Mediterranean Pizza.mozzarella, feta, grilled artichokes, olives, roasted garlic, red peppers, chives, herb-infused olive oil.Pizza was very good. Light and flavorful. Not greasy at all. Big enough to share between two people or even an app for up to four easily.

I had the Scotch Ale, Blue Crab Artichoke Dip, and the Kobe Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries.Overall, I find it hard to find something to criticize. The fries were perfectly crispy, but still soft in the middle. The burger was cooked consistently. The beer was great. I would recommend this place without a second thought.It represents the attention to detail I have come to expect from all Gordon Biersch I have dined at. I have never been disappointed!

Food was good and servers were friendly.. Higher ups did not inform a party of 40 was coming in even though it was called in a month prior.

We visited the Galleria Mall location for the first time today and we will be back. Our waiter Antoine was top notch! We had the nachos to share, my husband an I each had a burger and the kids had the chicken, fries and a side of broccoli with the oreo pie and everything was delicious! Nice atmosphere, clean and perfect service! The mojito was delicious as well!

Save yourself the money and DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT from here at any point in time. I used to LOVE this restaurant! I haven't eaten here in about a year but I would continue to rave about it...not anymore. My fiance and I ordered two basic dishes for takeout. We got home to find out that my order was wrong. I got sides I did not order or mention at all. In case you were wondering, one of the sides I got by mistake - was the garlic mashed potatoes. I ALSO usually love mashed potatoes of any kind - these were the worst mashed potatoes I have ever had!! The restaurant was very empty when I went in to pick up and now I know why....

My buddies always come here and finally today I joined them for the first time....I NEVER drink beer but I must say in was highly impressed! The bartender found me not one but 2 beers I really enjoyed, the Grass Fed Sliders were cooked to perfection with a delicious horseradish sauce, the garlic fries are to die for, and the Brew Master was kind enough to give us a tour of the brewery! I am VERY impressed and will definitely be coming back!

Service was great. Most of the food was amazing. California and steak tacos did not impress us.

Ordered ahead for pickup and was given a 45 min time to pick it up. Got there and order wasnt ready then they brought out wrong order so proceeded to wait another 45 for coreect order and not even an apology or anything from the manager who got upset because we double checked it was correct and then food was cold. Will never eat here again.

Tasty, unique imported beers with a pleasantly low key atmosphere. Many delicious food pairings for your brew or a great place to get treated to a filling well seasoned lunch or dinner.

Had lunch yesterday just ordered appetizers which tasted great. But the service was so bad. It took a half hour just to bring appetizers and no one waited on us for 15 minutes. The restaurant was pretty empty when we were there so there was no excuse for such slow service. I won’t go back again

I had the bruschetta chicken and it was cooked properly. Never a wait for seating and the wait staff is always good. I would say that I like this place better than all of the other sit down restaurants in the mall. It's a good place for something different. The beer selection is supposedly very good as well

First time ever eating here. It was excellent and the service was great too!!!

Staff is very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. I had the fish and chips. Cod is served which I like over the WNY staple Haddock. Coleslaw has a definite bite to it (spicy), not what we are used to with our Lenten season. Craft beer I had, Marzen was excellent. Decor is very urban and nicely done. Kitchen has a mostly glass wall facing the dining area which is pretty cool. Looks like there is a small private room available for maybe 20 with a view of the stainless steel brewing tanks. Will definitely go back, give it a try.

One of my favorite places to eat at the mall. Higher end casual. My go-to is the California Chicken Sandwich and the Blue Crab and Artichoke dip for an appetizer! The fries are very very good (garlic or no garlic) and the service is always great! Serves larger parties as well!

Food was great. Had both sets of egg rolls and loved them. He did a flight of beer and enjoyed all of them. Service was excellent. From the time we came till we left.

Great location. My fiancé and I went when we could sit outside. I enjoyed that option. I recommend you get a side of mashed potatoes with whatever you order. Simply delicious. I mean it when I say they are my favorite. I always order the 7 ounce steak which is the perfect size. The apple dessert is pretty tasty as well.

I enjoyed the beer selection and atmosphere. My appetizer was slightly under cooked chicken. My entree was very good though. The service was good, they didn’t charge for my appetizer because I hardly touched it.

Have been here 2x in the past month...the first time was excellent! Great food, service, and atmosphere. The second time ..not so much.I ordered the same appetizer as the first time (blue crab artichoke dip), but was really disappointed the second time. Our waitress also forgot my drink twice (one time it was just a water!)After being seated, we didn't get to order drinks until 10 minutes later, and out waitress rushed off before we could tell her that we were ready to order our food. Another 10 minutes later and we finally got to order food. It took another 15 minutes just for our appetizer to get to us...When we went to pay, we had a mystery coupon and asked our waitress about it and she was very rude and sarcastic with us ("it's probably just $5 since 99% of them are")The inconsistency has me wary of returning despite the rest of the food being delicious

My 1st time here. I attended a meetup group. A break from the hustle. Not sure what to expect but the group is friendly. As far as the restaurant goes modern beer hall with on site brewery and food. Large restaurant with not many people at this tim. It made for a good time we didn't feel rushed our server was unfortunately camera shy. However she was a great server who knew her schnitzel.Erica really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I tried the bratwurst sliders - baby bratwurst on mini pretzel rolls with a side of house made potato chips and sour pickle chips. Very good and there's a happy hour discount on drinks and food. I enjoyed the group and the establishment especially the people who work here. Not a local place but it's a nice place anyway.

You gotta get here for happy hour and the hand crafted cocktails. I had the Grapefruit Mule and the Champagne Mojito. Both excellent drinks. I also had the Southwestern Nachos. Prepare yourself because they ain't nachos you've probably had before. If you keep that in mind you will really like them.

Excellent food and service at lunch time. Will definitely be back, maybe for dinner this time.

I have to say the FOOD and customer service was amazing!!! Jesse (Manager) u rock for accommodating my special foody needs and Rachel was also awesome. Chef Nate was gracious enough to come over the table. I would come here from Toronto ANYDAY!!!!

It was our first time dinnig at his establishment , it wasn't a positive one. It was not very busy, there were 7 of us, 3 of our orders were wrong and we had to send them back. Our server was disoriented, we all agreed she was under some type of influence, and at one point she lost her balance and fell on one of us. It took 4 tries to get the bill right, also don't order the wine at $17 dollars a glass, and having 2 it was almost half of our bill.The food was good and they did take 2 items off the bill, but i will never return

I usually take pics of everything I order but the drinks came, got a pic, then the food came and it looked so good... I devoured my lobster and shrimp tacos with garlic fries 😋😋😋😋 So everything was great and our waiter was awesome. Thanks Jason!
